Returns the number of ground tiles overlapped by the represented region for a given federation tile.

defining the position and placement of ground tiles.
Return ValueThe number of ground tiles overlapped by the specified tile's represented region.
This method is called by the client application prior to calling
iMeshFederation::getGroundTilesOverlapped(), so that a suitably sized buffer can be prepared.
